Companies are doing the staffing shuffle. One of Double Fine’s personalities has left the developer to move on to what may be greener pastures. Brad Muir, who has worked as a programmer, designer, and project lead, will be part of Valve starting in December. He made the announcement via his personal Twitter account.
But saying a name probably doesn’t help much. Telling what games Muir was part of is better. He joined Double Fine ten years ago to work as a programmer on Psychonauts . Since then, he’s worked on Brutal Legend, Iron Brigade, and Brazen. His most recent accomplishment was Massive Chalice last year, on which he was the Project Lead.
I know this joke is absolutely played out, but I have to make it. I’m sorry. Ready?
