According to Sony, the Vita has sold better than they assumed it would. The powerful handheld has now sold over 1.2 million units worldwide, with the recent sales from the North American and European launch giving It a huge boost in numbers. Additionally, software sales have now surpassed two million units, which means the average Vita user has between one and two Vita games in their library. Keep in mind that these are the figures after only one week on the American and European markets.
