Successfully complete one of the following tasks to get a trophy:

WRC 2015 (Platinum): Earn every trophy in the game.
“Persona” (Bronze): Create a customised driver.
Winner! (Bronze): Win a Special Stage in any off-line game mode.
Well done! (Bronze): Win a Special Stage in Quick Stage mode.
“Around the World” (Silver): Finish at least one Special Stage in each rally in Quick Stage mode.
Explorer (Silver): Finish all the Special Stages in the game in Quick Stage mode.
Sign here (Bronze): Sign your first contract in Career mode.
Things are getting serious (Bronze): Sign a contract with Volkswagen, Citroën, Hyundai or M-Sport.
Podium (Bronze): Finish in the top three in a Special Stage in Career mode.
Looks good on your C.V. (Silver): Win a Special Stage in Career mode.
Rally driver (Silver): Win a Special Stage in Simulation setting in any off-line mode.
Monte Carlo! (Bronze): Win the Rallye Monte Carlo in Career mode.
Sweden! (Bronze): Win the Rally Sweden in Career mode.
Mexico! (Bronze): Win the Rally Guanajuato México in Career mode.
Argentina! (Bronze): Win the Xion Rally Argentina in Career mode.
Portugal! (Bronze): Win the Vodafone Rally de Portugal in Career mode.
Sardinia! (Bronze): Win the Rally Italia Sardegna in Career mode.
Poland! (Bronze): Win the LOTOS 72nd Rally Poland in Career mode.
Finland! (Bronze): Win the Neste Oil Rally Finland in Career mode.
Germany! (Bronze): Win the ADAC Rallye Deutschland in Career mode.
Australia! (Bronze): Win the Coates Hire Rally Australia in Career mode.
Corsica! (Bronze): Win the Rallye de France – Tour de Corse in Career mode.

First step (Gold): Finish a Junior season in first place in Career mode.

World Champion! (Gold): Finish a WRC season in first place in Career mode.
Mechanic (Bronze): Repair your car for the first time.
“Ready at Dawn” (Bronze): Exceed the repair time budget for the first time.
Specialist (Bronze): Tune your car for the first time.
Bring it on! (Silver): Finish a Special Stage using tyres that aren’t adapted to the road surface.
Online visitor (Bronze): Finish a Special Stage online.
Online tourist (Silver): Finish 5 Special Stages online.
Online regular (Silver): Finish 10 Special Stages online.
Online victory (Gold): Win a Special Stage online.
Couch surfer (Bronze): Finish a Special Stage in Offline Multiplayer mode with at least two players.

Additionally, there are two secret trophies:

“Beam me up, Scotty” (Bronze): Respawn manually for the first time.
“Back in Time” (Bronze): Use the Snapshot for the first time.
