WWE 2K17’s Season Pass Is Full of Famous Matches and Stars

WWE 2K17’s Season Pass Is Full of Famous Matches and Stars

As always, WWE 2K17 is going to have DLC. It’ll be a $29.99 pack that has tons of extra characters, matches, moves, and immediate access to special matches. It’ll be available alone or with the $79.99 PS3 and $89.99 Digital Deluxe Editions of the game.

The WWE 2K17 season pass starts with an Accelerator. It unlocks everything you’d normally have to earn in game and lets you choose characters’ attribute levels and overall rankings. It normally costs $4.99. The Future Stars Pack, normally $8.99, adds Austin Aries, Karl Anderson, Luke Gallows, Mojo Rawley and Tye Dillinger. The Legends Pack, which is $8.99 outside the season pass, adds Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake, Eddie Guerrero, Greg “The Hammer” Valentine, Sycho Sid and Tatanka. Finally, the Hall of Fame Showcase gives you seven matches based on major WCW, WWE, and WCCW matches. It normally would have been $9.99. It’s all rounded out with a New Moves Pack that has extra in-game moves for characters. That’d normally be $3.99. All together, you’re getting $36.95 worth of content for $29.99.

As for those Digital Deluxe editions, they actually sound pretty nice. In addition to the Season Pass DLC above, each platform’s has its own bonuses. The PS3 version comes with a NXT Legacy Pack that adds Apollo Crews, Nia Jax, and Shinsuke Nakamura. The Xbox One version adds MyPlayer Kick Starts for both WWE 2K16 and 17 , as well as a Goldberg Pack with two Goldbergs, a WCW Monday Nitro arena, and a Halloween Havoc arena. The PS4 version has all the Xbox One’s stuff, as well as a theme.

It sounds like a nice roundup, right? I kind of like the idea of the Accelerator myself. Having everything all at once is awesome.
