Tonight’s matchup, EA’s insistence that NBA Jam will remain a Wii exclusive versus a recent listing found that has the game slated for the Xbox 360 and PS3. HD versions of the new NBA Jam have long been rumored by the masses, with EA continuing to state that the game will indeed be a Wii exclusive. However, according to Gamespot, a German software ratings board listing clearly shows the title has been rated for both HD consoles.  While the listing would seem to confirm these often rumored versions of the game, no date was listed for their release. There was also no mention whether these versions of the title would be disc based or downloadable. Until we know more, the only officially announced version of NBA Jam will be releasing on the Wii on October 5th. |
