Rise of the Tomb Raider

When the developers at Crystal Dynamics rebooted the Tomb Raider series two years ago, their intentions were to reinvent Lara Croft by casting her in a vulnerable and untested role rather than as the unflappable heroine from her original adventures. With the prologue done and gone, we are now presented with a Lara exuding more confidence and flexing her spelunking muscles. This means Rise of the Tomb Raider feels more like a standard Lara Croft adventure.

And now is the best time to play it. The enhanced edition, known as RIse of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration, brings with it new DLC and modes. This means you can enjoy cooperative multiplayer in Endurance or see Blood Ties on the PlayStation VR. You can also go through the Baba Yaga: Temple of the Witch, Cold Darkness Awakened, and Lara’s Nightmare add-ons. PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC players are in for a treat with this one.
