- Biker outfit: Score 1,900,000 points in Single Player mode.
- Doppleganger outfit: Score 2,400,000 points in Single Player mode.
- Heavy Jungle outfit: Successfully complete the game.
- Jungle outfit: Score 1,410,000 points in Single Player mode.
- Legends outfit: Defeat Xolotl.
Trophies
Successfully complete one of the following tasks to get a trophy:
- Leap of Faith (Bronze): Catch Totec with the grapple while he is jumping over a death fall.
- Return to Sender (Bronze): Reflect an enemy’s projectile back to him using Totec’s shield.
- Three birds, one stone (Bronze): Kill 3 enemies with one bomb.
- Jump Jump (Bronze): Jump from Totec’s shield while he is jumping.
- Beat a Better Mousetrap (Bronze): Activate all of the spikes at once in the Spider Tomb spike field.
- Overachiever (Bronze): Complete any level-specific Reward Challenge.
- A Friend in Need (Silver): Play Co-op mode.
- Breadwinner (Silver): Earn the top score objective in any level.
- Seeing Red (Silver): Collect all 10 red skulls in any single level.
- Tomb Raider (Gold): Collect all relics, artifacts and weapons.
Additionally, there are two secret trophies:
- Instant Sushi (Unknown): Vanquish the summoned beast in the watery depths.
- Vanquish Xolotl (Unknown): Regain the Mirror of Smoke.
