- Sign of Altered States (Gold): Completed the game to the end.
- Absolute armed city (Gold): Raised all cities to level 20.
- Holiday of Doctor (Gold): Developed every type of unit.
- High-rise! (Gold): Built 20 skyscrapers in any city.
- Excellent troops (Gold): Raised all operators to level 25.
- Meaning of protecter (Silver): Completed 100 strike missions.
- Excellent member (Silver): Raised an operator to level 25.
- Smile of Dr.Chandra (Silver): Invested 1,000,000G in R&D.
- All members (Bronze): Put all operators on duty.
- Every day of request (Silver): Completed 30 requests.
- Full recovery (Silver): Developed all quarantined land.
- Powerd weapons user (Silver): Destroyed 50 enemies with USWs.
- Destroyer (Silver): Destroyed 20 bosses.
- Shine of pure crystal (Silver): Destroyed 1 rare enemy.
- Emergency power supply (Bronze): Made a strike during a power shortage.
- Request from Headquarters (Bronze): Completed your first request.
- Solidarity (Bronze): Rewarded an operator for the 101st time.
- Defense city (Bronze): Constructed 100 units.
- Great expectations (Bronze): Achieved commander level 10.
- Fetal movement (Bronze): Raised one of your cities to level 5.
- Trust you! (Bronze): Rewarded an operator for the 1st time.
- Beginning (Bronze): Took your first brief tutorial.
Additionally, there are eight secret trophies:
- Go to old metropolis (Gold): Been appointed to Washington, D.C.
- Balloon Attack (Bronze): Destroyed an Echinops.
