Shank Extra costumes

Successfully complete Story mode. Then at the title screen, press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, Start. Additional costumes will now be available at the “Unlocks” menu.

DeathSpank costume

Successfully complete Story mode. Pause the game in any level, then press Up, X, Down, B, Left, Y, Right, A at the “View Unlocks” screen to unlock the DeathSpank costume.

Alternate costumes

Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding costumes:

    Dance: Successfully complete Story mode on the Normal difficulty.
    Gimp: Kill 500 creatures.
    Horror: Kill 100 enemies with a chainsaw.
    Mow ’em Down: Get 1,000 total kills.
    Red Pajamas: Perform a 150-hit combo
    Spartan: Successfully complete the backstory.
    White Pajamas: Perform a 100-hit combo.
    Wildman: Successfully complete Story mode on the Hard difficulty.
    Yellow Jump Suit: Kill 100 enemies.

Concept art

Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding concept art:

    Concept Art #1: Get 100 shank kills.
    Concept Art #2: Get 100 kills with the chains.
    Concept Art #3: Get 100 kills with dual pistols.
    Concept Art #4: Get 100 kills with the katana.
    Concept Art #5: Get 100 kills with grenades.
    Concept Art #6: Get 100 kills with the Uzi.

Bonus Gamerpics

Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock a Gamerpic:

    Get 100 shotgun kills.
    Get 100 dual machete kills.

Early kills

Use the handguns to shoot off the screen to kill enemies that are active, but not visible yet. Note: This does not always work.

Achievements

Accomplish the indicated achievement to get the corresponding number of Gamerscore points:

    Just That Good (25 points): Complete the single player campaign on Hard mode.
    Revenge is Sweet (20 points): Defeat Cesar.
    The Wrong Guy (10 points): Defeat El Raton
    Scars From the Past (15 points): Defeat Cassandra.
    Father Forgive Me… (20 points): Defeat the Priest.
    The Meating (15 points): Defeat the Butcher.
    Grindhouse (15 points): Perform 100 chainsaw kills.
    Mow ‘Em Down (15 points): Take out 1000 enemies.
    Make a Name For Yourself (10 points): Take out 100 enemies.
    Just Getting Started (5 points): Take out 20 enemies.
    And It Continues (25 points): Complete the single player campaign on Normal mode.
    Backstory (25 points): Complete the co-op campaign.
