- The Forest (20 points): Complete The Forest.
- The Lab (20 points): Complete The Lab.
- Ca-Ching (10 points): Successfully cache using the Hat.
- Sergeant Zzzzz… (10 points): Remain awake long enough to learn the veteran’s identity.
- 1 Down 14 To Go… (20 points): Complete any challenge room.
- Bucking Bacon (20 points): Ride Kevin the Pig and get a score of 2,000 or more.
- For All The Cows (10 points): Discover the secret identity of Kelly the Canary.
- The Sprouting Dead (20 points): Help Gus the Mushroom and then score 400 or more in his game.
- You Do Know What You’re Doing! (10 points): Complete the fourth clone puzzles.
- Party Like Its Cycle 19999999999 (20 points): Help the Kernel and then score 5,000 or more at his dance party.
- Gotta Go Fast (10 points): Free the blue creature and look at him go!
- The Last Flight Of Metal Gear Charles (10 points): Return to the Bayou to witness the glorious end of a Great Mech.
- Having Fun? (20 points): Have you really got time to be bouncing around in the Forest?
- For The Love Of Retro (40 points): Enter the Sacred Code in front of the ancient mural.
- Good Guy Dev Team (40 points): Locate and enter the store in Generation 4.
- Free The System! (40 points): Enter the City and bring down the tyrannical Operator.
- Hat About A Bit… Possibly A Lot (20 points): Use the Hat to cache 2048 times.
- A Strange New World (20 points): Complete any challenge room with ‘A Strange New World’ activated.
- We Are Stuff… You Don’t (20 points): Find the Lamplight Room and talk to all of the developers.

- Castle Crasher (30 points): Locate and destroy all six miniature castles hidden throughout the System.
- No Coin Left Behind (80 points): Find and collect every coin in the System.
- The Horrible Truth (100 points): Free the System with all pieces of Memory collected.
- Memory Full! Now Read The Lore, There Will B (80 points): Find and collect every piece of Memory hidden throughout the System.
- Faster Than A Speeding Dev (50 points): Free the System faster than the devs ever did.
- Impressive… Most Impressive. (100 points): Complete all 15 Challenge Rooms in Story Mode.
- There’s Something Wrong With You! (50 points): Complete the Challenge Room Death Run.
