Achievements
Accomplish the indicated achievement to get the corresponding number of Gamerscore points:
- Business master (200 points): Use a “Double The Rent” card on the full dark blue set with a house and hotel.
- Helpful deal (180 points): By using a “Forced Deal” card, both players get a full set.
- I want those ones. (120 points): Never play property cards. Steal them or request them as payment to finally win the game.
- Final no (90 points): Counter a “Just Say No” card with a “Just Say No” card.
- Collector (60 points): Have 1 of each kind of property on the board, including Stations and Utilities.
- Wild wild set (60 points): Have a full set composed of only “Property Wildcards”.
- Settler (50 points): Have at least 12 properties on the board, including Stations and Utilities.
- Gimme money (40 points): Use 5 “Rent” cards during a game.
- Selective (40 points): Win without having a “Property Wildcard” in your full sets.
- My properties!!! (40 points): Never pay with properties during the game.
- Tactician (30 points): Use “Deal Breaker” as a final move to win the game.
- In a hurry (30 points): Be the first to have a full set.
- More cards! (20 points): Play 3 “Pass Go” cards in a single turn.
- Investor (20 points): Add a hotel.
- Rent basics (20 points): Use a “Rent” or “Multi-Colored Rent” card on a full set of properties.

Accomplish the indicated achievement to get the corresponding number of Gamerscore points:
- Good Start (30 points): Own your first property.
- Investor (30 points): Build your first house.
- VIP (30 points): Build your first hotel.
- Pole Position (30 points): Be the first player to start.
- Bargain Master (30 points): Get a property for at least 10% less than its original price (Auction).
- Precocious (30 points): Collect a rent during your first turn.
- Business Master (80 points): Complete two color sets in one trade.
- Lucky Draw (30 points): Get more than M100 thanks to a card.
- Out of Stock (110 points): See the bank run out of houses.
- Collector (150 points): Get one property of each color.
- Great Income (100 points): Collect a rent payment of more than M700.
- Now We Can Play (200 points): Build an hotel on each property of at least 2 colour sets during the same game.
- Your Way (50 points): Win a game using one “House Rule”.
- Champion (50 points): Win a 6-player game (in local multiplayer).
- The Master (50 points): Win a game.
