Getting an “S” rank in “Kaguya, The Violent Goddess (Part 1 and 2)”

This Boss battle consists of two chapters. Get an “S” rank in both chapters to get the “Farewell, Obito” and “Surpassing A Goddess” trophies. To get an “S” rank, you must have more than 90% health remaining and get all stars during the QTEs. After the battle, you can view the score details by pressing Square. Kaguya is one of the hardest Bosses. It is recommended to keep your distance and keep performing the long-range Ninjutsus. Immediately regenerate your chakra after landing a hit and repeat. If you have to get into close combat with her, keep pressing L2 to evade. Then, jump away to build some distance. If she is coming at you and you do not have enough Chakra to perform a Ninjutsu, you can use Chakra Dash and follow up with a combo (costs less chakra and will knock her back). However, never get close to her when your substitution bar is empty because you will not be able to evade.

Getting an “S” rank in “Naruto And Sasuke”

Successfully complete the final chapter with an “S” rank to get “The Last Man Standing” trophy. To get an “S” rank, you must have more than 90% health remaining and get all stars during the QTEs. There are two fighting sections that count for this in “Naruto And Sasuke” (3:58-5:17 and 15:05-22:00). The rest is just cutscenes and the game ending. The best way to get an “S” rank is to use Chakra Dash and perform a combo. Press L2 to evade enemy attacks instantly. During QTEs, just press all buttons very quickly to easily get 100% of the stars. You don’t have to finish both fights in a row with an “S” rank. They can be selected individually from the story board.

Getting an “S” rank in all Boruto’s Tales (“Road To Boruto” DLC)

To get an “S” rank in all Boruto’s Tales (Momoshiki, Kinshiki, Saruiwa, Shikadai, Yurui, Sasuke), you must complete the fights with over 90% of your first health bar remaining and earn all stars during QTEs (interactive cutscenes). Getting all stars is easy, as you just need to quickly press all the buttons. Finishing with over 90% health is easy when you chain combos together. To do this, use Chakra Dash (Triangle + X), attack the enemy (repeatedly press Circle), and use Chakra Dash again before the combo finishes. This way you can keep attacking the enemy until you run out of Chakra. Then, recharge by pressing Triangle and repeat. Also, keep pressing L2 to evade the enemy in case they teleport behind you. It will automatically dodge them.

    1. Sasuke vs. Kinshiki – 0:05
    2. Boruto vs. Konohamaru – 1:53

Final Boss fight (Boruto vs. Momoshiki) and ending (“Road To Boruto” DLC)

The following video shows the final Boss fight against Momoshiki (with an “S” rank) and includes the ending cutscene.

Easy “Attacking Is The Greatest Defense” trophy

You can easily get a 50 hit combo with Hinata Hyuga’s Ninjutsu “Protective 8 Trigrams 64 Palms”. It will do a 64 hit combo. Start Free Battle mode, select “VS Battle”, and choose the “Very Easy” difficulty. Then, stand close to your opponent and press Triangle, Circle to activate the Ninjutsu. Note: You cannot get combat related trophies in Practice mode.

Easy “Full Power Teamwork!” trophy

A Linked Awakening is the team version of the normal Awakening. Go to Free Battle mode, and start a team match. To perform the Linked Awakening, your health must be very low and the storm gauge filled up (the bar below your chakra and health). You build up the storm gauge by using your team members and doing/taking damage. It will start “burning” when it is full. When these requirements are met, simply hold Triangle to awaken all team members. Then, finish the fight quickly before you turn back to normal to get the “Full Power Teamwork!” trophy.

Easy “Masterful Timing” trophy

To perform a counterattack, press R2 + Square when an opponent is about to hit you. You can easily do this in Free Battle mode (except in Practice mode). The timing is very important. If you press the buttons too early, you will get hit. Each use of counterattack costs 20% of chakra.

Easy “Trail Of The Gale Expert” trophy

Successfully complete the main quest in Adventure mode. Check the map to find the red flags and follow the quest tracker.

Easy “Trail Of The Gale Master” trophy

Successfully complete all the side quests in Adventure mode. They are marked with blue flags on the map. Note: After completing the first side quest from Tsunade, you will be given a rainbow kunai. Afterwards, several merchants will offer a lot of ryo for that kunai. Do not sell it, as it is required for another side quest from Tsunade.
