Steam users who own a Mac and like the XCOM series may be happy to hear that 2K Game’s The Bureau: XCOM Declassified has dropped onto the Mac section of Steam’s store, allowing mac users to buy The Bureau: XCOM Declassified through Steam.
Originally brought to the Mac App Store by TransGaming , it was announced in a press release today (January 24) that the company has made the the third-person shooter now available for digital download for Mac users via Steam.
What’s more, to celebrate The Bureau: XCOM Declassified being available for Mac users through Steam, the game will be given a blanket discount across platforms, including DLC too. Starting from today until next Monday (January 27) at 10am PST, The Bureau: XCOM Declassified will receive a whopping 75 percent discount, on the game itself and its respective DLCs, on both Steam and the Mac App Store (this applies for PC users too).
The Bureau: XCOM Declassified is set back in the early 1960s, where a top-secret government unit known as The Bureau investigates and covers up mysterious attacks by extraterrestrial beings. The Bureau’s mission is clear: survive, adapt, and overcome any enemy threat thrust upon it. You play as William Carter, a secret agent who calls the shots in a secret war to protect humanity against alien incursions.
