None Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo are finding themselves in the same boat together during this intense console war. All three companies are being sued by Fenner Investments who claims that the companies are in violation of their “low-voltage joystick port interface” patent. Fenner is seeking damages and an injunction against the three companies.
