Accomplish the indicated achievement to get the corresponding number of Gamerscore points:

Architect (30 points): Awarded to those who have created a UNAC by customizing its operations.
Architect Master (40 points): Awarded to those who have maxed out all grades through UNAC expansion.
Artist (5 points): Awarded to those who have edited an emblem.
Assembler (5 points): Awarded to those who have assembled an AC.
Berserker (30 points): Awarded to those who have cleared Story Mission Hardcore Mode (any type).
Contract Completed (10 points): Awarded to those who have accepted and successfully completed a contract as a mercenary.
Coordinator (5 points): Awarded to those who have colored an AC.
Custom Territory (10 points): Awarded to those who have customized their territory.
Emblem Master (30 points): Awarded to those who have acquired all emblems/pieces from the shop, enemy ACs.
First Down (15 points): Awarded to those who have battled against an AC and destroyed it.
Intel Gatherer (5 points): Awarded to those who have viewed the news under Player Information.
Medalist (15 points): Awarded to those who have earned any medal on a sortie in World Mode.
Mission: 01 Clear (10 points): Awarded to those who have cleared Story Mission: 01 Dirty Worker.
Mission: 02 Clear (10 points): Awarded to those who have cleared Story Mission: 02 Trickster.
Mission: 03 Clear (10 points): Awarded to those who have cleared Story Mission: 03 Rusting Steel.
Mission: 04 Clear (10 points): Awarded to those who have cleared Story Mission: 04 Peekaboo.
Mission: 05 Clear (10 points): Awarded to those who have cleared Story Mission: 05 Secret Game.
Mission: 06 Clear (10 points): Awarded to those who have cleared Story Mission: 06 Blue Magnolia.
Mission: 07 Clear (10 points): Awarded to those who have cleared Story Mission: 07 Gravity.
Mission: 08 Clear (10 points): Awarded to those who have cleared Story Mission: 08 Vendetta.
Mission: 09 Clear (10 points): Awarded to those who have cleared Story Mission: 09 Forgiveness for an Angel.
Mission: 10 Clear (10 points): Awarded to those who have cleared Story Mission: 10 Mechanized Memories.
Newcomer (5 points): Awarded to those who have joined a team.
Normal Sortie (5 points): Awarded to those who have gone on a normal sortie.
Normal Sortie Victory (10 points): Awarded to those who have been victorious on a normal sortie.
Operator (15 points): Awarded to those who have joined a normal or special sortie as an operator and been victorious.
Operator Master (30 points): Awarded to those who have served as operator on an all-UNAC squad and been victorious.
Parts Master (20 points): Awarded to those who have acquired all AC parts.
Player Rank E (10 points): Awarded to those who have attained a player rank of E or higher.
Player Rank S (50 points): Awarded to those who have attained a player rank of S.
Signs (5 points): Awarded to those who have accepted a contract as a mercenary and gone on a sortie.
Special Sortie (5 points): Awarded to those who have gone on a special sortie.
Special Sortie Victory (30 points): Awarded to those who have been victorious on a special sortie.
Squadron Sortie (15 points): Given when a normal or special sortie of 4 or more occurs. (Mercenaries or UNACs count as 1 player.)
Story Master (50 points): Awarded to those who have cleared every Story Mission with rank S.
Story Missions Clear (50 points): Awarded to those who have cleared all Story Missions.
Subquest Master (50 points): Awarded to those who have completed every Story Mission subquest.
Team Rank A (40 points): Awarded to those who have been a member of a team ranked A or higher.
Team Rank E (15 points): Awarded to those who have been a member of a team ranked E or higher.
Territory Master (20 points): Awarded to those who have purchased all defense systems and formations for territory customization.
Three Forces (5 points): Awarded to those who have joined a team affiliated with one of the Three Forces.
UNAC Operations (30 points): Awarded to those who have served as operator on a squad that includes a UNAC and been victorious.
War Reporter (20 points): Awarded to those who have taken a screenshot.

Additionally, there are seven secret achievements:

Contamination King (30 points): Awarded to those who have destroyed Grey Lotus in World Mode.
Desert King (40 points): Awarded to those who have destroyed N-WGIX/v in World Mode.
Frost King (30 points): Awarded to those who have destroyed Exusia in World Mode.
Marsh King (30 points): Awarded to those who have destroyed the Spirit Class Moving Fortress in World Mode.
Polar King (30 points): Awarded to those who have destroyed LiV in World Mode.
Ruins King (30 points): Awarded to those who have destroyed Scavenger, Hunter, and Predator in World Mode.
Wasteland King (30 points): Awarded to those who have destroyed To-605A, To-605S, and To-605D in World Mode.
