Can you believe it? The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt was released one year ago today. Now here we are, 365 days, thousands of dead bodies, 12 GOTY awards, and 1 defiled unicorn later, and it’s time to celebrate. To that end, CD Projekt Red has released a fun little “birthday card” depicting all of your favorite characters from The Witcher throwing a party. Front and center is Geralt, laughing and raising a toast as everyone in the pub gathers around a birthday cake that, to be honest, looks a little small to make the rounds (a certain scene from Office Space comes to mind).
CDPR doesn’t have too much time to party, unfortunately. The team is still hard at work finishing up the next expansion, Blood and Wine , which will be available May 31. CDPR projects the expansion should offer about 30 hours of gameplay with 90 new quests and 40 new points of interest. Check out the new trailer for Blood and Wine right here:
