Civilization VI Is Coming to the PS4 and Xbox One

Civilization VI Is Coming to the PS4 and Xbox One

One of the most addictive strategy games ever is coming to two consoles. Civilization VI PlayStation 4 and Xbox One ports are on the way. On November 22, 2019, people will be able to try and have their civilization conquer the world on both systems. It will cost $59.99.

Other details about these ports were noted. A whole new UI is being built for it, as well as a new control scheme that is designed for a controller and not a mouse and keyboard. There will also be online multiplayer. Up to four people will be able to play together.

This won’t just be the base version of the game either. All of its currently available DLC will be coming to these two console versions of Civilization VI too. The PC version received two so far. Rise and Fall involves era scores that can result in Golden or Dark Ages for a civilization and loyalty ratings for its cities. Gathering Storm showed how weather and new types of terrain could influence civilizations. These two and 18 leaders will be a part of a $49.99 Expansion Bundle.

There’s also good news for an existing version of the game. Civilization VI showed up on the Nintendo Switch in November 2018. It was the most basic version of it. But now, it will get the two expansions too. Just like the PS4 and Xbox One versions, they’ll come in a $49.99 Expansion Bundle.
