As reported by Polygon on Friday, July 4, Cliff Bleszinski (who has recently come out of retirement ) and the co-founder of Killzone developer Guerrilla Games Arjan Brussee have teamed up together to form their own development studio, humorously entitled “Boss Key Productions”.
According to polygon, Bleszinski filed a report for this new studio with the North Carolina Department of the Secretary of State, and the documentation in question is said to list Bleszinski as the registered agent of a company located in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Also in the documentation, Bleszinski has been named as Boss Key’s CEO and Brussee has been named the studio’s COO. As it currently stands, there is only the two of them running the studio at the moment.
In another document that was filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office back in May, it has been listed that Boss Key’s goods and services suggest that the new studio will develop online titles, according to Polygon.
Specifically, the description reads, ” downloadable multi-player interactive computer game programs; computer and video game software; downloadable computer and video game software; downloadable electronic games via the Internet and wireless devices; downloadable computer application software in the field of games; interactive computer and video game programs. ”
