Concert Tour Commemorates Zelda’s 25th Anniversary

Much of the music in Nintendo’s games is iconic, and The Legend of Zelda soundtracks are excellent examples of this. To celebrate Zelda’s 25th anniversary, there’s going to be a concert tour kicking off in L.A. this October that will feature songs from the Zelda games. The concert will be as grand as the series it aims to celebrate, including a 70-piece orchestra and a full choir.

The concert begins in the Pantages Theatre Los Angeles on October 21 and will be followed by a full tour sometime next year. The event is being produced by Jason Michael Paul Productions, Inc., who also gave us the PLAY! A Video Game Symphony, which ran from 2006 to just last year.

Zelda’s music really appeals to everyone, but this event is a must for longtime fans. Tickets are pretty cheap too—a paltry $35—and will go on sale on August 1.
