Announced via the Nintendo Channel’s Nintendo Week, 1985’s Excitebike is getting “revved-up” for 2009. The gameplay is essentially identical to the original, but sharper, 3D graphics have been included along with optional motion controls. Also, online multiplayer and a new race ranking system and terrain morphing functionality (similar to that in Excitetruck and Excitebots) have been added.
