- Kagato: Successfully complete the Protolexa: Depths “Perhaps They Are…” extra dungeon three times.
- Rejected Kanata: Successfully complete the Protolexa: Depths “Perhaps They Are…” extra dungeon four times.
- Rejected Ranze: Successfully complete the Protolexa: Depths “Perhaps They Are…” extra dungeon four times.

Successfully complete one of the following tasks to get a trophy:
- A Person Obsessed (Platinum): Earn all trophies aside from the Platinum Trophy.
- …Master of All (Gold): Kanata has learned all of the party’s abilities.
- Item Fanatic (Gold): Collect 250+ different weapons, armors & accessories total.
- Legendary Adventurer (Gold): Clear all difficulty levels in all dungeons.
- Chain Master (Silver): Win a battle having completed a 300+ hit chain.
- Chasseur Executioner (Silver): Defeat 1,000+ Chasseur.
- Legendary Explorer (Silver): Earn a 100% exploration rate in all dungeons.
- Rockefeller, Carnegie, and YOU! (Silver): Save up 1,000,000AMP.
- Speed Run Master (Silver): Collect all LV 3 rewards from Speed Run.
- Variant Executioner (Silver): Defeat 5,000+ Variants.
- A Man’s Man (Bronze): Raise all male characters’ affection for Kanata to “Best Friend.”
- Accessory Collector (Bronze): Collect 15+ different accessories.
- Accessory Fanatic (Bronze): Collect 25+ different accessories.
- Armor Collector (Bronze): Collect 25+ different armors.
- Armor Fanatic (Bronze): Collect 50+ different armors.
- Borgeoisie (Bronze): Save up 500,000AMP.
- Chain Beginner (Bronze): Win a battle having completed a 30+ hit chain.
- Chain Expert (Bronze): Win a battle having completed a 100+ hit chain.
- Chasseur Hunter (Bronze): Defeat 100+ Chasseur.
- Chasseur Slayer (Bronze): Defeat 500+ Chasseur.
- Grand Sage (Bronze): Kanata has learned all magic spells.
- Item Collector (Bronze): Collect 150+ different weapons, armors & accessories total.
- Ladykiller (Bronze): Raise all female characters’ affection for Kanata to “Love.”
- Master Adventurer (Bronze): Clear all difficulty levels in 20+ different dungeons.
- Master Explorer (Bronze): Earn a 100% exploration rate in 20+ different dungeons.
- Nouveu Riche (Bronze): Save up 100,000AMP.
- Novice Adventurer (Bronze): Clear all difficulty levels in 10+ different dungeons.
- Novice Explorer (Bronze): Earn a 100% exploration rate in 10+ different dungeons.
- Skill Master (Bronze): Kanata has learned 100+ different Skills.
- So Very Greed-y (Bronze): Kanata has learned all Demon’s Greed attacks.
- Speed Run Expert (Bronze): Collect all LV 2 rewards from Speed Run.
- Speed Run Novice (Bronze): Collect all LV 1 rewards from Speed Run.
- Ultimate Aggressor (Bronze): Kanata has learned all Attack Skills.
- Variant Hunter (Bronze): Defeat 100+ Variants.
- Variant Slayer (Bronze): Defeat 1,000+ Variants.
- Weapon Collector (Bronze): Collect 100+ different weapons.
- Weapon Fanatic (Bronze): Collect 150+ different weapons.
Additionally, there are eight secret trophies:
- All Together Now (Silver): Beat the game having sent no party members back to Earth.
- Going It Alone (Silver): Beat the game having sent all party members back to Earth.
- Yamatoga Interruptus (Silver): Defeat Yamatoga.
- An Eternity of Time (Bronze): Beat the game on the “An Eternity of Time” Route.
- And Then There Were Twelve (Bronze): Have Kagato join your party.
- Curse of Immortality (Bronze): Beat the game on the “Curse of Immortality” Route.
- Dark God Kanata (Bronze): Beat the game on the “Dark God Kanata” Route.
- The True(ish) Heroes(?) (Bronze): Have Rejected Kanata and Rejected Ranze join your party.
