Turn up the “Guile’s Theme,” because the blond hero is going to report for duty in Street Fighter V this week. Capcom announced the character will be playable starting April 28. He’ll be 100,000 Fight Money, with his story mode costume costing 40,000 Fight Money.
Don’t worry about that fee just yet. Since the Zenny real cash shop hasn’t been implemented in Street Fighter V, everyone gets to use Guile for free until it is. It’s part of a trial period for all DLC characters, until everything gets worked out.
Guile is the second of the first six Street Fighter V DLC characters. Alex was first, and they’ll be followed by Balrog, Ibuki, Juri, and Urien. They all look pretty cool, and they’ll definitely be assets when they’re added to the game.
