Halo 4 Castle Map Pack Arrives April 8th

Halo 4 Castle Map Pack Arrives April 8th

Do you miss Halo’s large-scale maps? Itching for some objective-based multiplayer? Perhaps you’re looking to catch some rides on some vehicles. If so, I have some fantastic news for you.

The Halo 4 Castle Map Pack will be arriving on April 8 th for 800 Microsoft points. The focus of this DLC pack is on large scale maps and objective-based multiplayer games. Let’s dive into what we can expect from the maps, shall we?

Daybreak is a large asymmetrical map where teams must split their time between attacking the enemy base and defending their own. Rocket Launchers, Banshees, Warthogs, and Man Cannons will undoubtedly dominate the map in the objective-based games. Outcast is all about controlling the vehicle paths and frequent battles between Wraiths and Mantises. (Manti? Multiple Mantis vehicles? You know what I mean). Perdition is able to blend vehicles, long sight lines, and close-quarters combat together into one appealing package.

The Castle Map Pack will be playable at PAX East later this month and we’ll be sure to let you know how it plays. Provided we, of course, are able to stop playing.
