Here’s something fun. Turns out iOS devices are getting Final Fantasy VII . It’s out now in New Zealand for $19.99, which means it should gradually roll out to the rest of the iTunes worldwide stores over the next few hours or days.
Final Fantasy VII is very demanding in terms of requirements, despite being a port of the PC version of the game. First, it is a 2GB file, but needs 4GB of space free on your iOS device before it will download. You have to have iOS 8.0 or later and at least an iPhone 5s, third generation iPad, or iPad mini 2.
The iOS version of Final Fantasy VII lets you turn off enemy encounters and max out your character stats with the tap of a button, if you’d like. I guess this is the casual version of the game.
