Square Enix ports stuff. It happens. There’s no avoiding it. Best to nod, smile, and accept that things like Kingdom Hearts II.8 Final Chapter Prologue is a thing. Because it is and was announced last night at Sony’s SCEJA Tokyo Game Show press conference.
As you can guess, Kingdom Hearts II.8 is another title leading up to Kingdom Hearts III. This time, PS4 owners will be able to experience Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance , formerly a 3DS exclusive. Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth By Sleep -A Fragmentary Passage- , a brief, new, playable experience, and Kingdom Hearts X Back Cover , a video, will also be on the disc.
Is there a trailer? Of course there is! This is Tokyo Game Show week!
No word on when Kingdom Hearts II.8 will be released, but the PS4 will probably see it before Kingdom Hearts III.
