The PlayStation Move controller seems to have hit the ground running with Sony announcing today that one million Move controllers have shipped in the Americas region since launch. SCEA head Jack Tretton also said in an interview that this number is expected to grow rapidly, as they are expecting demand to outpace supply through the holiday season. Of course, the real performance indicator for the Move will be software sales, but we’ll have to wait a bit longer before we can see that data (and no, Sports Champions doesn’t count!).  |
