Sony’s subscription-based PlayStation Plus service will soon be extended to its Vita handheld, the company announced at Gamescom today. In order to make room for the added service, Sony also announced that Plus Vita members will see their cloud storage limit boosted to 1GB before the end of this year. Sony said that additional details about the Vita’s PS Plus functionality will come at a later date.
