It turns out that many of the SoulCalibur V character costumes were designed by Mari Shimazaki the same person who did character design for Bayonetta. In fact, Bayonetta herself was considered as a guest character for SCV, but in the end she just didn’t make the cut. Unfortunately, the attacks with her hair were just far too elaborate to animate in the game engine. 
So we are just going to have to deal with the super sexy outfits for Leixia, Tira, and Ivy instead. By Angelo M. D’Argenio |
