Get ready to blow stuff up, spectacularly and with reckless abandon. Serious Sam 3: BFE promises explosive weaponry, over-the-top combat against hordes of enemies, and a sixteen (that’s right, one-six) player co-op mode. There will be so many projectiles zipping around that sensory overload clearly isn’t an issue here, but a feature. Described by Croteam as an arcade first-person shooter, Serious Same 3: BFE is the latest entry in the series that revitalized such helter-skelter first-person action. The original games, Serious Sam: The First Encounter and Serious Sam: The Second Encounter drew raucous applause from both critics and players due to enjoyable weapons, visceral shooting action, and hectic gameplay against aggressive enemies.
