Street Fighter V’s R. Mika Gets Covered Up

Street Fighter V’s R. Mika Gets Covered Up

Street Fighter V ‘s R. Mika is a rather revealing character. She’s all about the fanservice with an outfit that shows skin in some very notable places. The character also had a special move with a rather odd end. She would slap her exposed butt cheek, then point at her opponent and purse her lips while a rainbow swirled around her. Note the “would,” because she doesn’t anymore.

Street Fighter V is a work in progress, which means things change. One of those changes is the removal of that move. In an array of adjustments, Capcom took out R. Mika’s booty slap, was a bit more tactful when it came to shots focusing on female characters’ anatomy, and is working on Chun-Li’s upper body physics.

The PlayStation 4 and Windows PC will see Street Fighter V in 2016. We’ll have to wait and see if any other content is adjusted, removed, or perhaps even added back into the game.
