Police in Tepito, Mexico are now offering a trade-in unlike anything you’ve ever seen at your local GameStop. Citizens who turn in their guns will receive an Xbox console. Larger weapons like machine guns can be traded in for a computer that costs 8,500 pesos ($769).
The traded-in weapons will be destroyed by the army. Since the program began yesterday, 17 guns have been handed over.
