Ubisoft Is Anxious About Watch Dogs At E3

Ubisoft Is Anxious About Watch Dogs At E3

Despite creating considerable buzz at last year’s show, Ubisoft is a bit anxious about the hands on time that people will be getting with Watch Dogs at E3 next week.

“Everyone in the team is aware of the rare opportunity we have with Watch Dogs and wants to make sure that we deliver on the game’s promises,” said senior producer Dominic Guay. He’s right: you only get one first impression. Soon, we’ll be getting our hands on with the game for the first time. Based off last year’s debut, gamers have some lofty expectations.

“As we are approaching the last months of our production, E3 is overlapping with many other on-going priorities,” Guay continued. “Last year, we were nervous to show our creation to the world, which is a normal reaction to unveiling something that has been in the works for many years. You never know what the reaction will be. Well, I would say we are still in that mind-set. We have many more aspects of Watch Dogs to present, many ore features that have yet to be demonstrated. We take nothing for granted and push as hard as we can.”

Watch Dogs will release later this year on all major platforms. Yes, that includes Wii U.
