Intec, Inc, the leading manufacturer of cross-platform video game accessories, has introduced Unlimited Rechargeable Wireless Controllers for the Xbox, PlayStation 2, and GameCube.
The controllers will allow gamers to play without having to change batteries by using a rechargeable battery pack that allows for up to sixty hours of game time and 500 charges per pac. A connection cable is also included. They will run on 2.4 Ghz for game control and instant response time.
Once the batteries run low, the gamer will connect the cable from the controller to the receiver. The contoller will recharge in less than four hours and allows the gamer to continue playing while the battery recharges.
The controller will feature eight analog action buttons and two analog sticks (with turbo function buttons), dual vibration motors with on and off switches, a battery-saving “sleep mode”, and a low battery indicator. It will also allow for sixteen players to play without interference.
The Unlimited Rechargeable Wireless Controllers will ship in North America on August 15, 2005.
