Archile Pandocheion (Location)
A range of buildings in Marmarica.
The treasure is in one of the out-buildings to the east, thoroughly guarded.
You can clear the way bit-by-bit with whistle-lures and stealth-kills, but the guards are so clustered and overlapped, a straightforward slaughter might be quicker.
When you are clear, the treasure is in a red chest in a small hole just past the door.
