The following are the secret moves that can be perform:
Arpharmd
- Mini Bomb: Dash left or right and press Left Fire.
- Rushing Attack: Press Guard + Left Fire + Right Fire.
Bal-Bas-Bow
- Super Bit: Jump and press Left Fire + Right Fire.
- Ring Bit: Dash backwards and press Left Fire + Right Fire.
Belgdor
- Blue Missile: Press Guard + Left Fire + Right Fire.
Dorkas
- Mega Spin Hammer: Press Right Turn + Left Fire + Right Fire.
Fei-Yen
- Super Heart: While in Hyper mode and standing still, press Left Fire + Right Fire.
Temjin
- Tokyo Sword Rifle: Jump and press Up + Left Fire + Right Fire.
- Long Bomb: Dash backwards and press Left Fire.
Viper II
- SLC Dive: Jump and press Up + Left Fire + Right Fire.
VR Radien
- Bouncy Bomb: Dash backwards and press Left Fire.
- Time Bomb: Dash backwards and hit the corner of a building.
- 4 Way Standing: Press Guard + Left Fire + Right Fire.

Successfully complete one of the following tasks to get a trophy:
- Alice in the Wonderland (Silver): Appearance of Yagarande in arcade.
- Crystal Doom (Gold): Defeat Ziggurat in arcade.
- Earth Light (Bronze): Clear stage 6 in arcade.
- Everything Merges with the Night (Bronze): Clear stage 3 in arcade.
- Fade to Black (Silver): Clear stage 8 in arcade.
- Higher Ground (Bronze): Clear stage 4 in arcade.
- In the Blue Sky (Bronze): Clear stage 1 in arcade.
- M.S.B.System ver.3.3 (Bronze): Decision of Virtua Lloyd in arcade.
- Operation Moon Gate (Platinum): Ending staff roles.
