Scattered around the game world are various training manuals that you can read to boost your skills in various areas. Here’s a list of where to find them.

 

Willamette Memorial Megaplex

 

  • Evasion – In Homerunners on the upper level between Caribbean Cove and Kiichiro Plaza on the floor.

  • Skill Move Efficiency – Available to buy in the emergency complex after you level it up to level 3

 

Old Town

 

  • Final Blow – In the comic book bins at the back of Tetro’s Comics and Collectibles

  • Precision Targeting – Can be bought in the emergency shelter once it’s been leveled up to level 3

 

West Ridge

 

  • Food Inventory Slot +2 – Can be bought in the emergency shelter once it’s been leveled up to level 4

  • Melee, Ranged and Thrown Slots – On the security consoles on the upper floor of the emergency shelter

 

North Peak

 

  • Elemental Critical Hits (Explosive) – In the lounge area of Freebird’s Gun Shack

  • Inspiring Presence – Can be bought in the emergency shelter once it’s been leveled up to level 4
