Take the van and head to Paleto. Leave Franklin over there and go to the vault behind. Use the minigun to clean out the police and vehicles including the chopper. Walk fast to prevent getting hit. Make your way into the street and walk past the hotel. Use the minigun again to clear yourself a path. Next up, waste the trucks of the NOSE teams on both intersection sides.

Swap to Franklin and head towards the checkpoint asap. Drive and get your crew, then go to the factory. Hide from cover to cover while firing in return. Reach your getaway train and escape.
