The map box advises getting to high ground, but with such a tight knit group, even a single well-placed grenade will do the trick.
Don't forget to grab the cash from the barrelhead when the flames die down.

There's a small building overlooking the kill site with a single sniper. You can sneak up on him by timing a ladder climb with Intel View or going up the back stairs and through the little apartment here.
Either way, once he's gone, clear out the alley with your weapon of choice.
