How to Get Free Robux

How to Get Free Robux

Does your avatar need the latest upgrades and fashion but you just can’t splurge real money for virtual items? Here are the different ways you can earn free Robux.

Create and Sell Items

The first way to earn Robux is through items. Players can design custom clothing that can be sold on the market place. If the item sells, you can get a percentage of the profit. This can also be done with cosmetic accessories. This includes layered clothing, weapons, and props.

This process is where the phrase “it takes money to make money” comes from. While T-Shirts can be made for free, Shirts and Pants cost 10 Robux to make. Items cannot be sold for free. A T-Shirt can be sold for a minimum of 2 Robux and Shirts and Pants can be sold for a minimum of 5.

But price your items wisely. There is a marketplace fee so you will not be getting the full amount that the item sold for. For Roblox Premium members, the marketplace keeps 30% of the sale which means you get 70%. If a Premium member sells a shirt for 50 Robux, the player will earn 35 Robux and 15 goes to the marketplace. And the fee for Non-Premium members is a whopping 90%, so players get 10% of the sale. If a Non-Premium member sells a shirt for 50 Robux, the player will earn 5 Robux and the marketplace keeps 45.

Robux earned from selling clothes and accessories are held in pending status for up to 30 days before you can use them.

Microsoft Rewards

Another way to earn Robux is through Microsoft Rewards. Microsoft Rewards has daily tasks you can do that can earn you points. These points can be used to redeem things like Xbox gift cards, Overwatch coins, Taco Bell eGift Cards, and even Robux! When you redeem your Roblox Digital Card you will also get a free virtual item.

Tasks are simple things that change daily. They can range from reading a linked article about polar bears, complete a puzzle, check a hockey team’s scores, or even looking up the solar system in Bing. Right now, the amount of Microsoft Rewards points it takes to redeem Robux is the following:

  • 1,500 points = 100 Robux
  • 3,000 points = 200 Robux
  • 6,000 points = 400 Robux
  • 12,000 points = 800 Robux
  • 15,000 points = 1,000 Robux

Play Games

Another way to earn Robux is by playing games. While most games are just for fun or have currency specific to that experience, like Diamonds in Royale High, some games are for making a quick Robux. Below are the most popular Roblox experiences that can help you get Robux.

PLS DONATE

This is one of the most popular experience among Roblox players. Players can use codes to earn Giftbux and other rewards. To get Robux, players need to set up a booth. They will also need a cool sign that will attract players to their booth. Then you will create some gamepasses that players can buy at your booth to “donate” to you.

PLS DONATE Active Codes:

  • quataun – Claim the code for 50 Giftbox
  • plsdonate2 – Claim the code for 20 Giftbox
  • pd2024 – Claim the code a New Year Booth

Develop an Experience

A more advanced way that players can earn Robux is through their games or experiences. The different ways you can earn Robux from this are listed below.

Make a Pass

A pass is an item that lets you charge a one-time Robux fee for other players to access a special experience in your game. This could be entry in to a restricted area, an in-game item, or a in-game power-up.

Make Your Game Have Paid Access

Paid Access is when you charge a one-time Robux fee for players to access your game at all.

Engagement-Based Payouts

Engagement-Based Payouts let you earn Robux based on the amount of time that Premium Roblox members spend in your game and how many Premium members visit. This method cannot be combined with Paid Access but it can combine with Passes.

Make a Private Server

While you can charge fees for players to join your game each time or to access special areas, you can also charge players monthly. Private Servers are better for smaller groups like for hanging with friends, streaming, or hosting parties. You can allow people to access them for free or you can charge a monthly Robux fee.

Immersive Ads

You can also include ads in your games. You just add the ad unit into your game and sit back. Ads are specific to the player viewing them so avatars who visit your game may see different ads. If players interact with the ads, you can earn Robux. The two types of interactions are if the player views the ad from a certain distance with nothing obstructing their view and if they enter the portal ads.

The two types of ads are:

  • Image Ads — A static, non-clickable image within the 3D space.
  • Portal Ads — A static, non-clickable image with a door that teleports players into an advertiser’s experience.

Robux FAQ

What are Robux?

Robux are in-game currency for Roblox. They can be used to buy special abilities, character upgrades, clothing, and more. Players can earn Robux or buy them with real currency.

Is there a Robux Generator?

No, there is no such thing as a Robux Generator. If any person or website tells you there is one, it is a scam. The safest way to get Robux is by trying the methods mentioned above. We strongly discourage against the use of scams or illegal tools.

What is the difference between a Shirt and a T-Shirt?

T-Shirts are simpler clothing items which is why they can be made for free. They only have a design on the front of the body and do not wrap around. Shirts are clothing assets that wrap around an avatar’s torso.
