Successfully complete the game on any difficulty to unlock the white swimsuit for use in the Mediterranean Sea Expedition.
Successfully complete the game on any difficulty to unlock Treasure Hunt mode, which allows the game to be replayed without the puzzle completion requirements in order to collect any treasure missed in your previous playthrough.
Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding concept art at the "Extras" menu:
- Creature Concepts: Collect all treasures.

After you get the water wheel spinning, some areas will fill with water. You will end up going back to the area with the dragon tile puzzle. Before you climb up to the puzzle, go to the opposite side of the room of the columns that spin with blades when the puzzle is completed. You can find a pole with the top slightly above water, and a ledge sticking out by it. Get on top of the ledge, and wall jump to the pole sticking out of wall above the ledge. Wall swing with grapple to reach a platform that is up a little higher. Hold Y, and climb up the grapple wire a bit to reach it, then swing over to it. You can go in a little room there. Slide down one of the poles to the bottom, and walk to the end. You will find a small tunnel. Crouch and walk through it. On the other side is a small water filled area. Get up on the right side, then jump over to the left side to find the Relic.
Reach the circular ledges in the Refinery after you land on the central platform at the water level. Go to the exit archway. Grab onto the circular ledge to your right. Follow the path to find the Relic.
Search the following locations to find various treasures. Note: You can attempt to find treasures that were previously missed during new game sessions.
1. Reach the top, and enter the area with pillars. Go to the pillar at the back on the left.
2. When you enter the first tunnel before the path turns to the left, search the corner.
3. Defeat the waves of enemies. Before you climb up the pillar, drop down, and grip the ledge. Shimmy across to reach a platform at ground level.
4. Slide down the slope, then enter the chamber. Turn to the left to find the treasure on the ground.
5. Face looking into Natla's throne room. Go to the far rear pillar on the right.
6. As you climb upwards, jump to the left to land on the lower platform.
7. Go across the ledges above the blue pit. After getting back on the ground, look to the left immediately before you enter the tunnel leading down.
8. After finding the previous treasure, enter the downward tunnel. When you reach the bottom of the steps, turn to the left, and grab the treasure at the end.
9. You will be required to navigate a series of circular ledges. Once you reach the top and land on a platform, there is a treasure here.
10. Cross several gaps until you find four serpent statues. Look to the left of the statues.
11. Jump over the gap after the blue flame blocking the path has been extinguished. Then, look in the corner.
12. Reach the raised circular platform. Look next to the square hole with blue water behind it.
13. Activate the second pull switch. Climb up to the top of the raised circular platform. Shimmy to the left, and reach the floor. Search the far left.
14. Power up the transformer, then enter the tunnel. Run to the end, and search beneath a torch.
15. Get past the traps, and enter the tunnel with some enemies. Search the corner at the end under a torch.
16. Reach the transformer room for the second time. Immediately after exiting the tunnel, turn to your right. Search near the entrance/exit of the tunnel.
17. Kill all the required enemies, and lower the water. Jump on the platform, and search to the left.
18. Search next to the panel that must be destroyed in the second core.
19. Get through the room after the central platform collapses into the water. Reach the high area with two moving blocks on the right side. Walk under both blocks, then wall jump up on the motionless third block.
20. Reach Natla's chamber. Jump across to the right before going down. Search the alcove.
Accomplish the indicated achievement to get the corresponding number of Gamerscore points:
- Prologue (25 points): Complete the Prologue.
- Master Survivalist (100 points): Complete the game on hardest possible settings.
- Treasure Collector (30 points): Find 10 Treasures.
- Skilled Treasure Collector (40 points): Find 50 Treasures.
- Dedicated Treasure Collector (50 points): Find 100 Treasures.
- Master Treasure Collector (60 points): Find all 179 Treasures.
- Relic Collector (30 points): Find a Relic.
- Dedicated Relic Collector (50 points): Find 3 Relics.
- Master Relic Collector (70 points): Find all 6 Relics.
- Swan Diver I (10 points): In one adventure, swan dive off one of the three highest points over water in the game.
- Swan Diver II (10 points): In one adventure, swan dive off two of the three highest points over water in the game.
- Master Swan Diver (10 points): In one adventure, swan dive off the three highest points over water in the game.
- Climber (5 points): Execute a chimney jump of at least 2 wall kicks.
- Master Climber (10 points): Execute a chimney jump of at least 4 wall kicks.
- Speed Demon I (5 points): Drive into Xibalba in under 45 seconds.
- Speed Demon II (5 points): Drove from the top of Valgrind to the bottom in under 50 seconds.
- Speed Demon III (5 points): Drive through the Valhalla Maze in under 40 seconds.
- Master Speed Demon (10 points): Beat all three Speed Demon challenges.
- Roadkiller (5 points): Kill an enemy by running over it with the motorcycle.
- Master Roadkiller (10 points): Kill five enemies by running over them with the motorcycle.
- Grenadier (10 points): Kill two enemies with one grenade.
- Master Grenadier (10 points): Kill three enemies with one grenade.
- Weapons Expert (5 points): Execute an Adrenaline Attack headshot on an enemy.
- Weapons Master (10 points): Execute ten Adrenaline Attack headshots.
- Master Survivalist (100 points): Complete the game on hardest possible settings.
Additionally, there are seven secret achievements:

- Coastal Thailand Expedition (75 points): Coastal Thailand Expedition successfully completed.
- Croft Manor Expedition (25 points): Croft Manor Expedition successfully completed.
- Southern Mexico Expedition (100 points): Southern Mexico Expedition successfully completed.
- Jan Mayen Island Expedition (50 points): Jan Mayen Island Expedition successfully completed.
- Andaman Sea Expedition (25 points): Andaman Sea Expedition successfully completed.
- Arctic Sea Expedition (100 points): Arctic Sea Expedition successfully completed.
- Coastal Thailand Expedition (75 points): Coastal Thailand Expedition successfully completed.

- Right of Passage (10 points): Destrot the Transformer, and complete a timed speed run through the unstable passage without saving.
- Shadow Combat Master (10 points): Complete the Lara's Shadow Combat Tutorial.
