Aerobiz, also known as Air Management: Ōzora ni Kakeru, is a retro airline tycoon game first released in 1992. The series is by publisher and developer Koei. It is available for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES), Sega Genesis, X68000, FM Towns, and NEC PC-9801.
The game received positive reviews and it did well enough to earn a sequel only a year later.
Aerobiz Premise
In this business sim game, players run and grow their global airline business. They can play in either a solo mode or in a competitive mode for up to four players. There are two different scenarios to choose from first, either starting in 1963 or 1983. The starting city you choose affects how many planes you start with and how much money you have. There are also multiple difficulty levels. They affect how many passengers fly using your airline, how many world events happen, and the conditions to win.
