Amazon Lists a Switch Skyrim Release Date

Amazon Lists a Switch Skyrim Release Date

We salute you The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim , the game that refuses to die. I’m certainly not complaining, as I’m a huge fan of the title, and have played it countless hours on various different platforms. Most recently Skyrim has been in the news because it’s been rumored that it would come to the Nintendo Switch platform.

This was confirmed at E3 this year, where we got to see that the Switch version of Skyrim will include amiibo support as well as motion controls. Who wouldn’t want to run around Whiterun as Link? And I sure as hell want to dual wield with actual hand movements. I don’t care if I look like a fool flailing about so long as I’m wrecking trolls and dragons!

All of this excitement was tempered at E3 by the fact that no one was giving any solid release dates. We were told to expect Skyrim on the Switch sometime during the Holiday season. But why not just give us a solid date?!

The online retail giant Amazon has listed a sale price for the Switch version of Skyrim , so we can tentatively take this date as gospel. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim could be coming to the Nintendo Switch on November 28 of 2017. Amazon’s early date listings are generally correct, so fingers crossed!
