It’s an echo of the past. A silent killer stalking the night. The Xbox 360 version of Batman: Arkham City is plagued with a bug. Or a glitch. Either way, it’s causing chaos on the game’s official forums, where a user thread complaining about the issue hit 200 replies before an official thread was created to deal with the problem. So what is this malefactor? Saves are disappearing. Whether they’re vanishing from the load menu or being deleted completely, the problem is eerily similar to one that faced the original Arkham Asylum in its early days. Thus far, according to Warner Bros., they have been unable to reproduce the error, but it’s still suggested that those affected contact customer support.
