BioShock Film Still a Possibility

None

The BioShock film has had its share of problems, like being put on hold due to budget reasons. However, according to Ken Levine, there may still be hope of seeing the underwater world of Rapture brought to life on the big screen.

During an interview with DC radio station 106.7 (via Kotaku), Levine states “I can’t tell you whether it’s going to happen for sure or it’s not going to happen for sure,” adding “But it’s something we are actively discussing, quite actively, and actively working on.” Along with the challenges of getting the film made, Levine also discussed the difficulties of adapting the game’s protagonist into a fully realized character, saying he can’t be “literally a hand with a gun,” but “actually a person who is going through some sort of progression through his life.”
