Mission 1 Sarin Gas: Crackdown
Dont worry too much about the radar. Use Mine Layers to build a mine -field to seal off the main route into your base and to the north and south roads. Make sure that all exploded mines are replaced and that should mean that the enemies convoys become little or no problem for you. Just to make sure keep a few Tanks close to the mine fields just to make sure. When you attack their main base the Tesla coils will be a problem so attack from the south-east corner and demolish everything there. Now move north to the next part of the base then proceed east, the wall here is protected by V-2s but they are out of range of the Tesla Coils, so make a hole in the wall and destroy the power stations. With the Tesla Coils down all you have to do now is clear them off the map and the mission finishes.
Mission 2 Sarin Gas: Down Under
Use your Spy to access the control panel to destroy the Flame Turret. Now with your Spy move north to access another panel. Head south with your Spy to infiltrate the War Factory. He disappears in a truck and appears again in the east. Move quickly to hit the nearby panel. Leave him for now. Move your Infantrymen to the east killing the Dogs you encounter and blowing up barrels to kill enemy Infantry. Four Dogs must die before the Spy can proceed. Now that the dogs are gone sends the spy north to hit the next panel. Soon you will see two Tesla Coils gone haywire. Move the spy past to the panel. When the Mammoth Tank appears let it have a few shots on the tesla coil before activating the panel. The Mammoth Tank and the Coils will eventually kill each other. Now send the spy south to hit the next panel. The two Teslas will scorch everything but you so dont worry. The Spy can continue to the south to free Tanya. Take the first turn east then north towards the two Flame Turrets. Send the Spy past the Turrets and behind the wheel of the mammoth tank. Stand back as the tank will bulldoze its way out and all survivors can follow.
Mission 3 Sarin Gas: Controlled Burn
Scout the land with your spy. Put your rocket troops into the APC. Move them east avoiding the patrolling mammoth tank and gatecrash the eastern base. Move the APC to a corner for more protection. Let out the rocket troops. While the rocket troops shoot the barrels to destroy or damage as many power stations as possible have the APC squish as many enemy infantry as possible. With the power stations gone the two light tanks in the valley can take on the teslas there. Deploy the MCV near the flare. The rest of the enemy is around the south-west. Build up your base and when you can build five or six artilleries. Also build a horde of tanks to accompany the artilleries. Move the artillieries to the high ground near the base in the south-west. Your tanks will have to destroy the mammoth tank first so that should be a first priority. Then have the artillery attack the power stations. While this is happening train some engineers and move them to the south-west base. When the power stations have been flattened send in the tanks to destroy everything except the labs which you have the engineers take control of.
Mission 4 The Fall Of Greece 1: Personal War
You have to move fast in this level because the enemy is in hot pursuit of you. Head north but avoid the mammoth tank lurking around there. So follow the civilian around it. As you get near the base all hell breaks loose. Quickly if you need it grab the health crate if you dont RUN LIKE HELL. For very short after youre arrival the base gets nuked. You will receive reinforcements so with the extra manpower destroy your pursuers. Keep moving to the south-west, look out for men in the trees. At the ford leave the paratroopers to die (Poor paratroopers) while Tanya sneaks around to the back and demolishes the power plants. Send your surviving tanks back to the start of the level to kill any enemies who might be annoying you at this time. Head north to the bridge and shoot the barrels, killing the oncoming mammoths. Go south-west a little and then north to the enemy base. Use Tanya to shoot the barrels to put the teslas out of commission while the rest of your force obliterates the remaining enemy forces. Now just get Stavros to safety and the mission ends.
Mission 5 The Fall Of Greece 2: Evacuation
Use a ranger or light tank to find the location of the villages. Well to make it easier one is in the south, the east, one to the south-west and the last below the bridge in the west. There is no need to assault the base just build a mass of ranks and keep the centre of the map. Now just run villagers to your base. The island is on the north-east part of the map though there is only one beach to the mainland. Build four or five destroyers send them out sub hunting then go and attack the enemy from the cover of sea. The tanks should keep the landing site safe while the civilians get aboard the transport. Make sure they are backed up by a transport full of tanks because at the last minute a Soviet para troop squad make an appearance.
Mission 6 Siberian Conflict 1: Fresh Tracks
The first 15 or 20 minutes are crucial after this time the convoys come non-stop. And you will have difficulty keeping up with the new threats. Build another ore truck to keep the money coming in. Build two or more minelayers and a horde of tanks. Stop enemy convoys by cutting off bridges and mining main roads. Scout out the area and try to kill patrols with helicopters. Take out the bridge in the north-west and start mining. Mine the road to the south-east of your base because this is where the first convoy appears. Lay a minefield around the road coming into your base from the south-west because this is where the mammoth tanks and the sixth convoy come from. You must destroy the bridges in the north-east and the south-east soon this will also help with the protection of your base. This leaves the east unguarded. Quickly go and mine that road as much as possible and keep all minefields properly maintained. The road in the north-east is where the seventh convoy comes from, mine it or leave a welcoming committee for the convoy. Do not pick up the crates the trucks drop because they are nukes not power ups.
Mission 7 Siberian Conflict 2: Trapped
Build up your base and when that is under way go and destroy the two bridges in the east. Now build turret and pillbox defences at the remaining entries into your base if you want you may even mine these routes as well. Now, there are two enemy bases. One small one in the east and one very big, full of tesla coils, base. Build a reasonable force of tanks and infantry and go and harass the smaller outpost. Now you can concentrate on starving the larger base of money. Leave the tanks in the east to destroy the bridge and to keep an allied presence nearby so they dont try anything funny. Mine the road there and wait for the third convoy. The first convoys heads straight down your throat to the middle of your base. Make sure it dies. The second convoys takes the road heading from south to north. Mine this stretch and this convoy should be no problem. Destroy enemy ore trucks in the north and then move a group of tanks to the central west region to gain control of the ore field there. Once the ore trucks are gone the enemy can no longer build tanks to harass you with. So build a massive force of tanks and ships. The power stations are in the south and can be bombarded by your navy. Once the juice has been cut send in the tanks to demolish the soviet base.
Mission 8 Siberian Conflict 3: Wasteland
Okay, all you have to do in this mission is to kill all the Soviets. Build up your base and build a large group of tanks to go ore truck hunting. Now all you have to concentrate on doing is to build up the rest of your base, defend it and build a massive tank and infantry force to destroy the Soviets bases. There are ore fields in the south and east. Their main base is in the centre and there is a small one in the south-west. When you have your massive tank force simply plough through their base and destroy every Soviet in sight. When every Soviet has been killed the mission ends.
You have one pretty big base with no manpower. Gotta fix that. Sell the Tech Centre the SAM sites and a power station. Start training grenadiers and move the mess of troops to the first flare in the north-east. You will hear Tanya taunt you and then she will nick off. Put your radar on world view and find your new base. Your only hope is to try and squish Tanya with and ore truck. You will probably lose most of your Refineries. Head north to add a war factory to your collection. Build tanks at the rate of knots. Keep strong forces in all your bases as you will be attacked from every single direction. Keep building a very big tank force and when you think it is big enough move them to the west searching for the allied base. Once you have found it pummel it like you never done before. Now head south to recover your construction yard. Build some subs and watch as they annihilate enemy destroyers.
Dont worry about the saboteur yet, he can wait until the end of the mission. But since he is rapidly demolishing your base you must relocate quickly. Quickly build an ore truck to rake in the cash and then build four subs, then two transports and an engineer. Load up the engineer and your tanks onto the transports and move them north along with the sub escort. Crash straight through the gun turrets and take out the last destroyer by the Naval Yard. Land your units aboard the transports and take out the enemy defenders in the western base. Capture the Construction Yard and destroy everything else. Build a new refinery in the north-west as the original will soon be lost to the saboteur. The saboteur will end up in the north-east corner. Build some more refineries and build a massive horde of tanks and some helicopters. Take out the turrets and any other defences with the coppers and then rush the base with the tanks. That should do it.
Put everyone into groups and do your best to put them in formations. Your flame troops are dangerous to everyone so put them in their own group. You cant capture the Chronospheres yet. Head north into the large room. Now move west until you see a special Chronosphere (you will know it when you see it). Send in an engineer and when he re-materialises go to the control panel past the power stations and activate the controls. Most of the Chronospheres blow up preventing Stavtross escape, how convenient. Move everyone back to the large chamber and search in the east for Stavros. Chase him. You shall easily get past their defences and your dogs should have a nice breakfast of Stavros.
Do not move to towards the south yet your very precious Tesla Tanks will be severely damaged. Move west. Build three ore trucks to bring in the cash. Build an assault force consisting of three V2 Missile Launchers, four Heavy Tanks, the Tesla Tanks and an Engineer. Use the V-2s to destroy the turrets and then raze the entire base except for the Construction Yard and Naval Yard. If you touch the naval yard you get nuked for it. Instead construct a new naval yard and build about four to five destroyers and a couple of transports filled with tanks. The nuclear air base is at the second southern island. Destroy it. Once this is destroyed cleaning up the base in the south-west is fairly easy.
Mission 5 Soviet Soldier Volkov and Chitzoi
It is rather difficult to not finish this mission successfully. Anyway here is some tips. Leave your armoured spearhead in place. They will easily destroy anything that spots them. Concentrate on manoeuvring your special heros (Volkov and Chitzoi) through the allied base completing the mission objectives. Once they have massacred everything send in the tanks to mop up the rest.
Group your units into their respective unit types. This is a fairly quick mission (though timed). When engaged in battle, form a three way cross-fire to pummel the enemy quicker and it also lessens damage to your units. Mammoth tanks regenerate their health over time so use them as the front line to protect weaker units. When they are heavily damaged wait for a minute for them to heal. When you enter the valley it will be sprinkled with turrets so look out. Use your V-2s to pick them off at a distance. If it all goes to hell on the way south make a runner with the truck and the base is close by so you should make it.
Very weird mission this one. There are some rather strange occurrences in this level like Heavy Tanks firing electricity, allied units firing to the equivalent of Mammoth Tanks etc. Firstly you need train some infantry to stop rocket troop attacks. Also enemy tanks hold the ore field to the north of the trees. Build about two to four tanks to get rid o them as your ore trucks need fresh supplies. Six heavy Teslas should be enough to take out the western base before you turn northwards. Train some Engineers to take over the Naval Yard. Around three transports full of tanks should be enough to take out the islands defences using the concentrated firepower tactic. But do NOT DESTROY THE CHRONOSPHERE! Destroy the chain link fence and then take it with a couple of Engineers.
Do not deploy the MCV yet. Instead move it east and deploy along the road in the more easily defendable position in the valley. Also there are two ore fields close by and one of the churches in the south-west. Build some Teslas at the northern entrance to your base. Ignore the western base for now. Concentrate on the nuclear attacks from the north. Take the base from the west side using the V-2s to pick off turrets at a distance preferably from the high ground near here. Now move in your tanks with the V-2s close behind. The Tech Centre is in the north-east corner but to win the mission you need to destroy everything. Just build hordes of tanks and rush the bases with the V-2s taking out defences at a distance and you are suer to win.
INTRODUCTION
The ant campaign is a series of four missions where you have to tackle the all power ants.
To access the Ant campaign, at the menu screen hold down left shift and click on the round speaker in the top right.
Move your forces north, and take the second road east. Now prepare for some combat of the third kind. Repair only the necessary structures leave ore silos and the radar dome (BUT DO NOT SELL THE RADAR DOME). There are ore fields to the south, the north-west and the west. As soon as possible build two ore trucks. To fight effectively against the ants scatter (“x” key) your units and have them in guard mode (“g” key) at all times. Build two Mine Layers and seal off all but one approach to your base. Build rangers and have them escort your ore trucks. The Ants dont like the ore trucks. Remember that to last for the 30 minutes you will have to keep all minefields looked after so that any Ants dont sneak through. As the mission is ending build heaps of troops to protect the Radar Dome.
Deploy the MCV to the far north-east of your base by the river amongst the small ore deposit there. Build an Ore Refinery as close as possible to the ore to keep waiting time to a minium. Forget the bridges for now instead grab the civvies. Build an APC to sneak it past the Ants in the eastern village. Large Ants are pretty stupid so send a ranger on a Kamikaze run at the Ants to distract them while the APC goes past. Get a single village to the amphibious transport in the north-west. In the south-east corner if you can get a ranger in there and avoid the Ants it will find some money crates. Now build hordes of tanks. The second village is in the north as are the bridges. Dispatch the tanks to move to that area. Have the tanks attack the Ants while the APC moves towards the village. Have some Tanks take on the Ants while the rest take out the bridges.
Move the MCV west and deploy it by the ore field. Be careful there is an Ants nest to the north as well as a large ore field. Circle the nest and leave the troops on guard. In the case that a Giant Ant rears its ugly head, theyll blow it off. When the bug boffins arrive gas the nest and then put them in the APC to keep them safe. Build another horde of tanks. South-west of your base there is another nest. Keep the Ants busy by sending about three to five tanks and then run a boffin past them to gas the nest. This should keep your base safe now. Now push north going around the map anti-clockwise. There are seven nests. Build giant hordes of tanks. Attack in great numbers and when you have the chance run an engineer in the nest. The toughest nest is in the far corner and you may lose a few people getting to it.
Do not move. Form your men into groups and formations (“f” key). The key to winning this mission is ambushes and cross fires. Arrange your troops in a fashion that they can all fire at the same time then pick one poor soul as bait and slowly lure the Ants one by one to their doom. Though never take on Red Ants head on. Approach at an angle and most of the time if you shoot first they retreat. The light switches are in the second corridor south, off the first major room. North of this room is a room crawling with Monster Ants and Cocoons. One man can take them all. Watch for the patrolling Ant and let him pass. Now head north and dodge the drones that appear. Blow up the barrels as you go. They will all die so that saves you a lot of trouble. Now a Mammoth tanks turns up. Remember that the Mammoth Tank can heal itself so let it take the lead of all attacks. In the final chamber lies the Queen Ant (Dum De Dum Dum) who also regenerates. To kill her you will need the Mammoth Tanks and some of your men.
