Don’t have any plans this Halloween? Looking for an end-times gaming experience of apocalyptic proportions? Nordic Games has you covered! It announced today that Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition will be available on October 27, boxed as well as digital, for PS4 and Xbox One.
If you never got the chance to play Darksiders II , this will be one heck of a deal. For $29.99 you can experience the game in 1080p with updated textures and a boatload of DLC included. Design director Joe Pearl stated, “It’s rare that as developers we get the opportunity to revisit one of our previous games. The passage of time and the numerous games we’ve worked on since Darksiders II shipped has allowed us to return to it with a fresh perspective. With that said, we went back to what is a huge game and addressed things we didn’t have time for or didn’t notice the first time.” This includes some balancing issues and gameplay tweaks that the team at Nordic studios thinks make this the truly definitive edition and an unforgettable experience for players.
