Square Enix, the publisher of the highly anticipated third entry in the Deus Ex series, has just announced the special edition of the upcoming Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Deus Ex: Human Revolution: The Augmented Edition contains a forty-page Artbook, a bonus DVD, premium packaging, and a motion graphic novel. Also announced were exclusive DLC for participating retailers. Gamestop frequenters will have access to an extra mission with a special cameo appearance of an original Deus Ex character, a multiple shot grenade launcher, a remote-detonated explosive device, and an automatic unlocking device. Other retailers will have other incentives, such as an exclusive double barreled shotgun and a sniper rifle.  Deus Ex: Human Revolution will be available for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 for 59.99 for the standard edition and 69.99 for the Augmented Edition. The Windows version of Deus Ex: Human Revolution will be available for 49.99 for the standard edition and 59.99 for the Augmented Edition. |
