Elephant Mount: In Campaign mode, capture Nanzhong in the “A Man Of Virtue” scenario on the Medium or higher difficulty.
Hex Mark Saddle: In Gala mode, successfully complete the “Steeplechase” scenario in under 1 minutes and 30 seconds.
Red Hare Saddle: In Campaign mode, successfully complete “The Endless Quest” scenario on the Hard or higher difficulty.
Shadow Runner Saddle: In Campaign mode, capture Luoyang in “The Struggle For Power” scenario on the Chaos difficulty.

Rare items

Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding item:

Ancient Remedy: In Campaign mode, capture Changsha in the “A Land United” scenario on the Hard or higher difficulty.
Art Of War: In Campaign mode, capture BeiPing in “The Tiger’s Advance” scenario on the Medium or higher difficulty.
Bai Hu’s Jewel: In Coalition mode, successfully complete the “Blitz” scenario with a remaining time of 4 minutes or more, kill six generals, and complete the game.
Charge Bracer: In Coalition mode, successfully complete the “Sentinel” scenario, protect all seven bases, and end with a remaining time of 6 minutes or more.
Dragon Greaves: In Campaign mode, capture Hefei in the “Conquerer Of Jiangdong” scenario on the Hard or higher difficulty.
Jade Earrings: In Campaign mode, capture Jiaozhi in “The Kingdom In Three” scenario on the Easy or higher difficulty.
Master Of Musou: In Campaign mode, capture Jiaozhi in the “Quiet Ambition” scenario on the Easy or higher difficulty.
Meat Bun Pouch: In Campaign mode, successfully complete the “Yellow Turban Rebellion” scenario.
Musou Armor: In Gala mode, successfully complete the “Marksman” scenario with a score of 400 or more.
Obsidian Remedy: In Campaign mode, capture Xiangyang in the “Battle Of Chibi” scenario on the Easy or higher difficulty.
Power Rune: In Coalition mode, successfully complete the “Sudden Death” scenario with a remaining time of 24 minutes and 30 seconds or more, kill 1,500 enemies, and complete the game.
Stimulant Remedy: In Coalition mode, successfully complete the “Marauder” scenario, capture all bases without being recaptured, and kill all enemy generals with a remaining time of 25 minutes or more.
Survival Guide: In Campaign mode, capture Xiangyang in “The Three Visits” scenario on the Chaos difficulty.
Way Of Musou: In Gala mode, successfully complete the “Calligrapher” scenario in under 2 minutes.
Wind Scroll: In Gala mode, successfully complete the “Bastion” scenario with a score of 600 or more.

Successfully complete one of the following tasks to get a trophy:

Ambition Personified (Silver): Cleared the Conquest Mode a total of 50 times.
An Everlasting Love (Bronze): Formed a marriage pact with another officer.
Armor Collector (Bronze): Obtained all of the available armor.
Army of One (Bronze): Defeated 1,000 enemies in one battle.
Benevolent Ruler (Bronze): Achieved the best possible Governance Rating.
Card Collector (Gold): Obtained all of the available Officer Cards.
Character Collector (Bronze): Created 10 Edit Characters.
Combo Master (Bronze): Completed a 500 hit combo.
Equipment Collector (Bronze): Obtained all of the available growth items.
Eyes in the Back of Your Head (Silver): Successfully completed all of the Sudden Encounters with the best possible rating.
Family Ties (Gold): Formed a sworn oath with all of the officers.
Friends to the End (Bronze): Formed a sworn oath with another officer.
Malevolent Ruler (Bronze): Achieved the worst possible Governance Rating.
Master Matchmaker (Gold): Formed a marriage pact with all of the officers.
Master of the Kingdom (Bronze): Earned 100,000 Exp.
Master of the Land (Silver): Earned 1,000,000 Exp.
Master of the Realm (Bronze): Earned 500,000 Exp.
Movie Collector (Bronze): Viewed all of the movies in the game.
New Recruit (Bronze): Created a save data file.
Orb Collector (Bronze): Obtained all of the available orbs.
Say Cheese (Bronze): Took a picture using the Musou Snapshot feature of the Gala Mode.
Seasoned Veteran (Bronze): Successfully completed all of the Sudden Encounters.
The God of War (Silver): Defeated more than 100,000 enemies.
The Great Creator (Silver): Obtained all of the available Edit Character parts.
The Path of Ambition (Bronze): Cleared the Conquest Mode a total of 5 times.
True Warrior of the Three Kingdoms (Platinum): Obtained all trophies.
Unrivaled Warrior (Bronze): Defeated 3,000 enemies in one battle.
Untouchable (Bronze): Completed a battle in either Campaign Mode, or Conquest Mode without taking any damage.
Weapons Collector (Silver): Obtained all of the available weapons.
You Can Pursue Lu Bu (Bronze): Defeated Lu Bu in the Campaign Mode.
