Rockstar Games released a patch yesterday (Version 1.0.0.4 – November 10, 2009) for GTA IV on PC that brings multiplayer fixes and additional control functionality. It will also “convert all region SKU’s into the same SKU” and “include support for all languages within single exe”. Perhaps more interestingly, GTA4.net spotted a Games for Windows LIVE screen that displays an achievement entry for The Lost & Damned add-on. That means PC owners will likely soon be able to download the bonus content even though such future functionality was not revealed within the patch details.
