Halo: Reach could Reach Xbox One Backward Compatibility

Halo: Reach could Reach Xbox One Backward Compatibility

If you own a Xbox One, then soon you’ll have access to almost every Halo game ever. After all, the Halo: The Master Chief Collection bundle gave people the first four games in the series to play, complete with graphical upgrades. Not to mention that Halo 5: Guardians is coming to the system on October 27. But what about Halo: Reach ?

That game may be coming soon, if remarks on Twitter are any indication. A fan asked Phil Spencer, head of Microsoft’s Xbox division, if it would be added to the Halo: The Master Chief Collection or get an anniversary edition port. Instead, Spencer hinted it could instead be a backwards compatible title.

Backwards compatibility is scheduled to come to the Xbox One with its November update.
